Summary

HiddenCam processes all scans on your device. We do not collect, store or sell personal data, and no account is required.

Permissions we use

• Camera and flashlight: lens-reflection and infrared checks. Frames are analyzed in memory and are never uploaded.
• Bluetooth and location (Android): needed by Android to scan for nearby Bluetooth trackers. Your location is not recorded.
• Nearby Wi-Fi / local network: finding devices on the network you are connected to and nearby access points.
• Motion sensors: the magnetic meter.

Data stored on your device

Scan history, photos and reports you save stay in the app's local storage until you delete them or uninstall the app.

Third-party services

Purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Anonymous crash reports may be sent to help fix bugs. The free version may show ads from an ad network, which may use an advertising identifier according to its own policy and your device settings.

Children

HiddenCam is not directed to children under 13.
